Terms of Service — One Stop Steam LLC

Welcome to One Stop Steam LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any related platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By hiring us or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t, you’ll have to find someone else to steam your couch — we won’t be offended (maybe a little).


1. Services Provided

We offer professional steam-cleaning services for residential and commercial customers in Florida.
Services may include:

  • Carpet cleaning

  • Upholstery cleaning

  • Tile & grout steam cleaning

  • Mattress cleaning

  • Other related cleaning services as offered

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and equipment availability.


2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We’ll do our best to show up on time — Florida traffic permitting.
Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact & address info

  • Ensuring access to the property

  • Preparing the service area (moving fragile or valuable items, etc.)

If we can’t access the property or if conditions are unsafe, we may cancel or reschedule.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted before service.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept forms of payment disclosed at booking (e.g., cash, card, etc.).

If payment fails or is reversed, you are responsible for the outstanding balance and any related fees.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — just tell us.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.


5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the service location

  • Remove personal/fragile items from the work area

  • Notify us of special conditions (pets, stains, sensitive materials, etc.)

We’re cleaners, not magicians — some stains may be permanent.


6. Results Not Guaranteed

We do our best, but results can vary based on:

  • Type and age of material

  • Severity of stains

  • Previous cleaning or treatments

  • Pet damage

  • General “life happens” mess

We don’t guarantee 100% stain removal.


7. Property Condition

We use professional equipment and take every precaution, but we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Structural issues

  • Dye instability

  • Loose carpet or tiles

  • Items not properly removed prior to cleaning

If we accidentally break something, we’ll tell you — honesty is included in our pricing.


8. Safety

We may refuse or discontinue service if there are unsafe conditions (aggressive pets, hazards, etc.).
No hard feelings — we just like staying alive.


9. Warranty & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided "as is”

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
(Translation: If something goes sideways, the maximum you can get back is what you paid.)


10. No Illegal Use

Don’t use our services for illegal activities.
If your carpet looks like a crime scene… we don’t want to know.


11. Third-Party Services

We may work with third-party providers (payment processors, scheduling tools, etc.).
Those third parties have their own policies — we don’t control them.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — logos, text, images, designs — belongs to us or our licensors.
Don’t copy it without permission. We worked hard on this stuff.


13. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Go read it. It’s not that long.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes must be handled in a Florida court.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, the revised date at the top will be updated. Continued use of our Services = acceptance of the changes.
